This website collects and uses some personally identifiable information about its users (that's you), so this Privacy Policy outlines what information is collected, how it is used, and what your options are.

In a nutshell

• We collect the minimum information necessary to process your requests. If you don't sign up for text messages, we collect some technical data about your visit for statistical purposes. If you do sign up for text messages, we collect your phone number and your subscription preferences.
• We do not share your phone number with third parties (other than telling your carrier that we need to send you a text after you sign up).
• Only authorized individuals within the Plant Sale are able to see the master subscription lists.

What information we collect

• From all visitors: Your visit is logged, along with basic information about your device such as IP address, browser name, and browser version.
• If you sign up for text messages: We will collect your mobile phone number and your list of subscription preferences.

How your information is used

• IP address, browser name, and browser version: These items are used to measure overall system activity, monitor for suspicious or malicious activity, and understand what capabilities our users have. This will help inform future enhancements to the website.
• Phone number and subscription preferences: This information is used in order to send you text messages based on which group or channel codes you subscribe to.
• Your information is never sold to third parties, or shared with third parties for purposes other than what's outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Access to your information

• In general, your information is only available to be reviewed by authorized Friends School Plant Sale event coordinators who have a need to know it.
• Your phone number is transmitted to mobile carriers and servicing providers when we send you a text message.
• Plant Sale event coordinators can see how many people are subscribed to a given channel or group code.

This website uses essential cookies only; in other words, any cookies we place on your browser are absolutely essential in order for the website to properly function.

Your options and rights

T6 Software LLC is a Minnesota limited liability company and Friends School of Minnesota is a Minnesota non-profit educational institution. That said, we recognize that you may ordinarily live somewhere that gives you explicit rights with regards to the personal information that websites (such as this one) may collect about you.

Your phone number is automatically deleted from our records within 7 days of you receiving your last text message from us. If you want to receive messages in future years you will need to re-subscribe at that time.

If you want to unsubscribe from messages for this year, you can do so by re-visiting the subscription page and unselecting all group and channel codes. Subscription changes take effect immediately.

If you wish to exercise any rights available to you under applicable privacy laws, such as requesting that we delete your phone number early or challenge the information we have on file, please email info [ at ] friendsschoolplantsale [dot] com.
